Capital to turn early interest into paid launches—and paid launches into a repeatable business.

01 / THE OPPORTUNITY

The club is connected.
Its tools should be, too.

Membership records in one place. Guest allowances in another. Staff hours in a spreadsheet. Everyday questions become manual work.

01

At the front desk

Staff need membership eligibility, household guest usage and signed waivers to line up when someone arrives.

02

Behind the scenes

Managers reconcile dues, update records and correct timekeeping across tools that serve separate parts of the workday.

03

When it’s time to switch

Clubs need help moving records, configuring workflows and preparing their team before opening day.

FROM CUSTOMER DISCOVERY

A seasonal community pool described using a member-number binder, spreadsheets and QuickBooks, with about 90 minutes spent on each payroll run.

02 / THE PLATFORM

One shared record.
A better club workday.

04 / THE GO-TO-MARKET PLAN

Start focused.
Earn the right to expand.

Our first buyer is a US swim, tennis or sports club with household dues, one venue and a staffed front desk.

THE INITIAL SALES MOTION

A defined buyer.
A supported launch.

  1. Reach the decision-maker

Build a named club list and qualify renewal timing, budget and the approving manager, owner or board.

  2. Show their real workflow

Use tailored demos to connect household access, payments and staff operations to their needs.

  3. Get the club live

Guide migration and team training; measure delivery hours, activation and support cost.

  4. Repeat what converts

Combine founder-led outreach, search content and capped acquisition tests as evidence develops.

Recurring revenue.
Room to grow with each club.

Core subscriptions with optional modules and capacity. Included onboarding helps turn a new account into a working club.

The monthly average below is an assumption for planning, not published pricing or current revenue. Launch timing and churn affect realized revenue.

08 / INVESTOR QUESTIONS

The details
behind the plan.

Why call this a pre-seed GTM round?

The platform has been built and customer conversations are underway. The proposed capital funds the next commercial proof: paid launches, repeatable acquisition, activation and retention. Those outcomes are still to be demonstrated.

What is the initial market?

US swim, tennis and sports clubs with household memberships, one venue and a staffed front desk. Adjacent markets are expansion opportunities as customer fit is validated, rather than simultaneous launch priorities.

What is the proposed investment entity?

Domentra Holdings LLC is the proposed investment recipient and commercial operator. Clubward is the customer-facing platform brand. The licensed commercial structure, IP license coverage and continuity rights remain subject to definitive agreements and investor diligence.

How will progress be measured?

Qualified demos, paid conversion, launch timing, migration and delivery hours, activation, recurring support cost and eligible 90-day retention. Revenue planning assumes $500 per active account per month; actual pricing and customer mix may differ.

Are equity terms finalized?

No. The proposed $200,000 target anchors the operating plan. The investment instrument, valuation and ownership terms will be agreed with investors after reviewing the company structure, rights and financing documents.

What materials are available?

The October 2026 investor deck includes the launch plan, funding scenarios and sensitivity assumptions. Contact Katelyn to discuss the product, commercial pipeline and diligence materials.
